Domiciliary Care SA currently employs around 850 staff, situated at the seven sites: Norwood, Elizabeth, Hamstead, Netley, Noarlunga, Park Holme and Woodville.

Executive Director

Our Executive Director, Jane Pickering, directs the achievement of goals in line with our strategic directions.

The Employee Assistance Program, Staff Development Unit, Medical Services Unit and the Communications & Marketing Unit are also located within the Executive Director's office.

Client Services

Client Services administers the eight client service areas.

In 2004, Client Services implemented the Metropolitan Access Team, a centralised entry and intake system to receive and respond to all service enquiries. Client Services also administer the Clinical Services Unit comprising Specialised Allied Health, Flexible Allied Health and Manual Handling services.

The Organisational Development and Staff Services division incorporates Consumer Participation, Human Resources, Injury Prevention and Management, Organisational Improvement and Information Management.

Financial and Corporate Services


The Financial and Corporate Service portfolio was established in May 2005 and consists of the units of administration, finance, transport and facilities, inventory management, purchasing, ICT, and risk management and audit.
